President & Cofounder

Jason is the co-founder and president of Ten31 Texas and is pivotal in helping investors navigate the complexities of tax-deferred exchanges. He has practiced law since 2012, where he represents various real estate industry professionals in commercial and residential transactions. Bringing a wealth of experience to the table, Jason spearheads our mission to simplify the complexities of tax-deferred exchanges for investors nationwide. In addition to Ten31 Texas, Jason is a partner at his joint law practice with Brad. 

J. Bradley Compere

Cofounder

Brad is the co-founder of Ten31 Texas. He has practiced law in Texas since 2001 and specializes in real estate transactions. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to client success, Brad drives our business forward, empowering investors with seamless tax-deferred solutions. In addition to Ten31 Texas, Brad owns and operates Capstone Title, a full-service Texas title insurance agency as well as a joint law practice with Jason.

Hobbs Allison

Director of Business Development

Hobbs is the director of business development at Ten31 Texas and works with industry partners, service providers and real estate investors to educate them on the types and benefits of 1031 exchanges. He is a seasoned expert at building and leading world-class sales and business development teams for national service and consumer product companies. With a strong business acumen for executing a diverse range of sales and marketing strategies, Hobbs plays an integral role in shaping the company's direction.
